Availability and permissions depend on the app and your account. This is a guide to the tools’ purposes, not a promise that every feature or cross-app transfer is automatic.
A small preparation workflow
Choose one problem for the next session. Develop one NPC involved in it, note any important item, and prepare the location if you need a map. Share the player-facing briefing in your campaign room. Keep motives, unrevealed outcomes and encounter preparation in your GM room.
After the session, bring a checked recap to the campaign journal and ask the players what they intend to do next. Those answers are useful preparation material.
